Virus Scanning?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a free virus scanning software to use on Linux? I've got got a RH8.0 server running at home and it's actually crashing. I'm a newbie to Linux, but I've been using it for about six months... and the one problem I've NEVER had is the computer crashing, so I'm guessing I might have a virus.
