Video Playback Problem Under XFCE

Let me first tell you I'm running FC4...

I have tried mplayer, xine and VLC, however, under XFCE a there is very weird problem in video playback. Only left half of the video is shown, right half is not! (Let me clear myself; the right side is not shown at all, not like a blank playback or black at all) And it is independent of file extension. (ie: avi, mpeg, wmv all the same) I have made some search but could not find any solutions. By the way, I have tried to play the same videos under Gnome and there are no problems at all...

Which version of XFCE are you running? How did you install it (ie graphical source compiler, regular source compile or RPMs)?
