/usr/bin/ld cannot find -lhfs

THe error is:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lhfs

make: *** [OBJ/athlon-linux-cc/mkisofs] Error 1

What the heck does that even mean? Can someone please help?

You're missing


Install the cdrecord development package, that should provide that library. After that run ldconfig as root, and everything should work.
