i have a old version of Gaim but i downloaded the most recent package, so i can be able to log on to msn, since the old one can't, gives me sign in error-protocol not supported!
now while I was trying to compile it, it gives me this:
[root@localhost gaim-0.71]# ./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
checking for gawk... gawk
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
checking for sed... /bin/sed
checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cc... no
checking for cl... no
configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH
See `config.log' for more details.
I think it has to do with installing some compiler? but i don't know which one? And HOW?
Can anyone please help here!!!!
