When the system begins to load at the grub splash screen hit a key eg: spacebar and see if there is another kernel to boot from and select it.
You could also try entering
at the command line.
Did you do anything like update packages or install any new programs. I'm assuming you had a FC4 working installation to start with.
As long as you haven't overwritten any files or partitions you should be able to recover any important data. If you were installing F7 at what point did the install fail?
