Trouble to start KDE... kcminit CRASH

I've trouble starting kde normally. It starts, but kcminit crash and then kdesktop crash, and most of kde based programs can't start.
I'm running Gentoo, KDE 3.4, gcc 3.4.4 on my Sempron 2200.
KDE was compiled without arts (USE="-arts")

I think trouble is in kcminit crash, here is the output of startkde:

Who can help me, please?

Interesting, how did you compile KDElibs when Arts is a required
dependency???
