I am running a Linux server (Debian) and I want to ask if there is a torrent downloader software working as a daemon with web admin...

Thanks.

search for torrentflux. I'm using it and I think that's what your looking for. It's a php/mySQL frontend to bittornado with a nice web interface, user management and other usefull features.
