swap don't use

why this -> "Swap: 0k total"
that mean my swap don't have or don't work cuz memory use about 99%

please help me.
how to fix it

it would look like it's not loaded yes. if you run "swapon -s" do you see the right partitions listed there? if not try using "swapon /dev/hdaX" to load it. if that loads it up, then i'd assume there was an error in the /etc/fstab line whch should be mounting it. Also it could be that the partition is not formatted as swap, in which case use mkswap /dev/hdaX to create the swap in the first place. Obviously be VERY sure which partition you think is your swap before you start formatting it!

now my swapon by command swapon /dev/hda5 (my swap patition)
then next how to add swap in /etc/fstab
plase example line add swap to /etc/fstab
