Streaming video through internet

Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to watch my horse from all over on internet.
I have:
- a wireless camera
- connected to a video capture card (Pinnacle - saa7134 with v4l drivers)
- Apache as web server
I want to click on http://mysite/myhorse.html and watching him in real time...

Looking around a found a couple of solution:
1. VLC as server (not working fine till now... for me)
2. Helix server - Real Producer - Real Player (working with some problems)

My question is: which is the simpliest way to do this application? I mean, which software have I to use (and how if it's possible) to see the stream in one browser web?
