At the momment I play arround under Win wit the VLC but the main Problem who i saw it the VLC need very long ~30sec. to switch from Frq X to Frq Y to get an Image.
The best solution could be have 2-3 Dongle who cost less than nothing from Ebay and each one is on an fixed Freq. and see is there anything to decode. And the Software switch to the most stable stream.
I know GPS Based where the Tower are and witch Freq the have and what the Channel PID is. On only thing is I dont know how strong the Signal at any Point is and onboard an Vehicle the signal can drop very fast.
LTE is not an Option because here in the Mountain Terrain we get often just an GSM connection. For the Contract thing ist not an Problem we would have just an Flat Fare with unlimited Data.
