Some websites dont open on ubuntu linux

I have a fast wireless internet connection on ubuntu linux. For some reason some websites dont open. In mozilla firefox it shows a network error and in Opera it shows connection timeout.

It works on mandriva linux with a slow internet connection. Why doesnt it work on ubuntu. Heres the website i wanted to open http://www.kncc.com or http://www.cinescape.com.kw

Its a cinema website for the country i live in, Kuwait.

You can do a traceroute on the domain to see where it takes so much time or where it fails.
