How does the video play on YouTube is there cut off? I downloaded the video also to see if I had the issue. I could not reproduce either on celluloid. This is a long shot but on the menu on the upper right the three lines is the "automatic resize window to fix video" checked or unchecked?
I don't use celluloid, but if I saw this in mpv, the first thing I would do is press the "a" (change aspect ratio) key a few times and see if it changes anything.

Well you ask me to re-read post 17 in post 24. So I thought it was resolved.
The issue is resolved but I'd like to know how it was resolved. If someone else comes to this thread with the same issue and sees the the 'solved' label -- they'll be searching in vain for the solution.
