hi am looking out for a software to record the results of a interview of all the candidates attending

i need to set fix number of question and the candidates are made to answer the same

is there any free software available for this purpose

You need to be more clear about the specs.

From the 3 lines, ... do you need a recording s/w? spreadsheet? ...

I need an application to conduct interviews where candidates will be given a machine and a link to a url
each candidates answers will be stored separately

later the management must be able to analyse the results and choose the candidate

In that case, you may need to tweak/modify the various web based s/w for the purpose.
