I just built and installed Clamav on 14.2 64 bit.

Are you on current? 14.2? or some other release?

Yes, he is on current. I suspect, however, that OP did not compile on -current. The library on -current is named /usr/lib64/libjson-c.so.4.0.0. Creating a link
Code:
ln -s /usr/lib64/libjson-c.so.4.0.0 /usr/lib64/libjson-c.so.2
might solve the problem. If it does, I suggest to recompile the package on -current anyway, just to have a clean solution. Unfortunately I cannot test this since I do not have a -current installation at the moment, so all this is just speculation. Maybe someone else can test and verify/falsify it.

Thank for suggestion. Clamav working after linking libraries.

I still think you should recompile the entire slackbuild on -current, just to be on the safe side.
