setting up sftp server with scpjailer, scponlyc

hello,
i've been trying to get this working for the last 5 hours with no joy on Fedora core 3.
i installed scponlyc and scpjailer
added a new user: test
set test's shell to: /usr/local/bin/scponlyc
ran scpjailer's adduser and set test to /home/test
but can't login using ssh, scp, sftp or anything!!
i really hope someone has been able to set up something like this!!!
please help,
disorderly

What error messages are you getting? I'm getting the same thing. I try using WINSCP and get
"Error skipping startup message. Your shell is probably incompatible with the application (BASH I recommended)"
