Server status software for RH9

I am running RedHat 9 and am looking for some software that shows the current state of the server, swap/disk/eth0 utilisation, time, the equivalent of windows bginfo only that it shows real time information rather than static. I want this shown on the server login screen. I am aware of gkrellm but though I'd ask you people if you knew of any similar software I could use for this purpose.

Thanks in advance!

May not be what you are looking for but it's a pretty cool status page for a server running Apache and PHP.
