screen


i am using Suse 8.2..and there seems to be a problem with the video player......i am using xine,Mplayer, and aviplayer......Xine gives a good full screen whereas the others give a centered unexpanded view of the movie....y is this happening..? ....please reply fast....

Do you mean that the picture when opened is small and centered or when you select 'full screen' it stays small? Which distro and program versions are you using?

BTW - a more helpful title would have been appropriate. And please do not ask for immediate or fast help - everyone here is a volunteer and helps out because we want to and do not get paid. What may be urgent to you is less so to the rest of the community.

That aside - welcome to the board.

Could be the codec? prolly not but have you tried all of the size settings?
