Hello all,
I am setting up a mail server for one of my clients, but I am having a few problems getting it set up. I would like to have ClamAV scan the incoming mail for viruses, which requires Sagator or something similar. (I am using PostFix) I have installed Postfix, Spamassasin, ClamAV, and QPopper. When I go to run make on Sagator, this is what I get:
mail:/root/sagator # make
[ yes = yes ] && make -C libclamav PYTHONVER=python2.3 PYTHONPREFIX=/usr
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/eeades/sagator/libclamav'
gcc -g -c -I/usr/include/python2.3/ -DNDEBUG libclamav.c
libclamav.c:9:20: clamav.h: No such file or directory
libclamav.c:55: error: field `limits' has incomplete type
libclamav.c:56: error: field `dbstat' has incomplete type
libclamav.c: In function `__pyx_f_9libclamav_6clamav_strerror':
libclamav.c:820: warning: passing arg 1 of `PyString_FromString' makes pointer from integer without a cast
libclamav.c:830: warning: passing arg 1 of `PyString_FromString' makes pointer from integer without a cast
make[1]: *** [libclamav.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/eeades/sagator/libclamav'
make: *** [libclamav/libclamav.so] Error 2
I am at a loss as to what is going on. I normally run slackware, but at times use SUSE, and I have found that things are done a bit different in SUSE (like having to specify the location of gcc during the configure stage of MPlayer), and I was wondering if this is one of those situations
Thanks,
Eric Eades
