Hi, I really like Rosegarden, and I also really like Ubuntu Linux! Bye windows.
But the duration toolbar has disappeared and I can't get it back.
I've checked the toolbar menu and it's ticked.
I tried unticking it, restarting and ticking it again.
I tried removing and reinstalling Rosegarden. (Traumatic!)
I tried moving the other toolbars around, resizing the window, poking into corners.
I looked on the other workspaces.
I've looked for a config file, thinking I could tweak it or maybe delete it in the hope that a restart or a reinstall would restore it, but I can't find it.
Yes, I can use the keyboard, but it's a pain and besides I'm using a tablet and the keyboard is a bit of a reach.
please don't assume that we are familiar with each and every piece of software.
i happen to know that rosegarden has something to do with music production, but:
if your problem is indeed application specific, you should contact the devs. some apps even have their own forums.
No assumptions were made! =oO
Well, I tried all the stuff at rosegarden too, and searched around for other rosegarden help, didn't find any.
So I thought I'd give you guys a shot, seeing as this site came up in connection with rosegarden in my searches.
If nobody knows, well it was worth a try.
Maybe I will try contacting the devs like you suggest ondoho.
