RH9 boot screen


how do i remove the RH9 boot menu and replace it with the windows 1?

if you're using LILO, you can get a nifty looking animated bootscreen from here
I haven't tried it myself though. Don't know about GRUB bootscreens, but you should be able to find some with a quick google.

If you use GRUB, edit the file /boot/grub/grub.conf and replace the RH9 entry with the Windows one.
I haven't used LILO, maybe is something similar.

im using GRUB version 0.93. what do i replace the RH9 entry with?

do you want to not use linux at all anymore? or is what you want is for windows to be the default entry in the boot manager?

i honestly can't help you out there as i don't have any issues using grub. maybe this could help you though.
