Restructuring DF

This is my current partition structure

Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda3 24564912 5980020 17337044 26% /
/dev/hdb1 75593572 56919816 14833824 80% /backup
/dev/hda1 101089 9270 86600 10% /boot
/dev/hda2 75593604 32828 71720840 1% /data
/dev/hdb3 37776684 32828 35824892 1% /data2
none 515464 0 515464 0% /dev/shm
/dev/hda5 15116836 551988 13796944 4% /var

Is there a way for me to maybe merge /data2 , with /backup.

I need more /backup and less /data2

Any ideas?

Thanks
