Smile rescue disk software suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestion for a linux program that would allow me to do the following:
1. Create a rescue disk set of a system on bootable cd roms
2. Allow me to restore the system in some simple fashion that requires minimal input from the user

I have a system set up exactly as it needs to be. If anything goes wrong I need to be able to restore it to this exact configuration by basically putting a cd (s) in the drive and letting a program restore the system as it will be used by someone with no real working knowledge of linux configuration.

Thanks

Try the latest version of Ghost or similar software that will create an image of your hard drive. I have managed it with ghost, you will need approx 4 cds. You can create a boot disk for ghost from any windows pc.
