remote desktop through html instead of java

I know that it is possible to connect to a fedora desktop with tightvnc viewer. I would like to set it up so that one can connect through a web browser. I know that tightvnc will do this, but I was wondering if fedora already has something built in?

All VNC implementations come with a web server piece. If you go to http://your.ip.address.here:5800 you will get a Java applet which allows you to connect to the Fedora desktop.

No go.... I get "connection refused", but it immediately comes up which leads me to believe that there is something there listening, but disabled or something. As I have it configured, I can connect with the vnc viewer so I know that that portion is working. Is there some sort of configuration that needs to be done somewhere?
