remasterme not working

Hi all...im on pclinuxOS 2007...
i made one live CD for my system once using remasterme and it went as a charm..
then completed my version and want to make another live cd with my full settings but this is what im getting in konsole:

[dottori@localhost ~]$ su
Password:
[root@localhost dottori]# remasterme
mklivecd, version 0.6.0-20070511, http://livecd.berlios.de/

[root@localhost dottori]#

i searched for chmod troubles and found that everyone talking about no sufficient space for the copy and temp files on / partition and that was the reason for everyone... but my / partition has 11GB free and the whole system is new and clean as i just made a clean install so there is no cashe or temp files(but if there is and im wrong how to find and delete them?)
and i emptied my home partition 45GB not to use any space on the live dvd.. so what to do now?
