redhat linux screen error - no more PTYs
Hi,
I've tried to run screen as a normal user connecting with a telnet client, but failed with the message "no more PTYs."
It works fine if I run it as a root user logged-on by su in the same terminal.
The permissions of the ptys are all 666.
crw-rw-rw- 1 root tty 2, 176 Jan 30 2003 /dev/ptya0
crw-rw-rw- 1 root tty 2, 177 Jan 30 2003 /dev/ptya1
...
How can I make it work for normal users?
