Is there a utility in Redhat Enterprise 4 that I can search for and install a package and it will download all the other required packages associated with the wanted package?

My system already has Glibc (2.3 though, can't find 2.4 for RHEL 4). I thought that I installed python = 2.3.4-14.4 too.
