recreating m3u files from Ipod

I have an 80 gig IPOD that I used Grip and the Amarok, to first burn compact discs to mp3's and then transferred to the IPOD. When I was moving the back end of Amarok to Mysql, I mistakenly deleted most of the m3u files from my computer, though the mp3 files remain. Is there a way to recover the m3u files from the IPOD?

Thank you
