Arrow Recoveing Data Using Foremost and Knoppix

Hey,
I'm recovering data off my friend's computer using knoppix and foremost and I have two major questions.

First: Is there a way to make foremost search for every possible file extentions.

Second: Is there a way to connect to a remote dirrectory through ssh, scp, ftp, or some other way so that I can make the foremost's output dirrectory on a remote machine. Right now I'm outputing to a small flashdrive and it doesn't work so well. I've looked into mounting an ftp directory as if it were a directory, but no such luck using knoppix.

Thanks in advance for any replies!
