Realplayer Browser Issue

Hi there, I'm running FC5 and have an issue with how realmedia content is played on FC5. I commonly use the www.bbc.co.uk/news site to view video and listen to audio streams. On previous versions of Fedora the video has been embedded in the page (as it should be). But now, whenever I try and view a stream, the browser loads about 3 realplayer windows and 1 of them plays the stream.

Anyone else experiencing these problems? (This is happening in Firefox and Mozilla). I did run the realplayer configuration to setup the browser plug-ins.

I wish to have the browser play the content so it is embedded in the browser window (like on other Linux distro's and Windows versions).

Cheers,
Dave.

Seems ok here, but the controls were slightly cut off at the bottom. Do you also have mplayer real plugin? Maybe a conflict somewhere.

Hi, yeah the controls bit was there in FC3. However this time, I don't have the video embedded at all! It just loads it in 3 seperate standalone realplayer windows (which gets a tad annoying).

No I don't believe I have mplayer configured to play realplayer files. I have the w32codec pack installed, but that shouldnt affect what happens in my browser.

Is there somewhere in Firefox where you can actually tell it how to handle realvideo content other than the option where you can "save it to disk", "have it open with this program automatically" and "remember this".
