Post Question about a Dual Boot liveCD

Oke i'm kinda new in this live cd distro stuff...
I was once on a brainstorm quest with my alter ego (^Dash^ ...wich is already taken on thi forum) and came up with the idea to create a live cd distro with both Linux and Windows...
As some of you may know Windows has it's own live cd creator from Microsoft (verry crappy) called WinPE...and an unorthodox (did i spell it right?) version called PE Builder wich you can find more about nu2.nu/pebuilder (can't post an url ..yet..gotta have 5 posts)...and the version i want to use

What i need now is some help in impementing LILO (i like it over Grub ) to allow an option screen LINUX or WINDOWS...
As the linux version i thought about Slax (it's compact and perfect for my needs)...and for Windows ..the XP...

Can anyone give me some hints about how to do it?
