Qmail traffic control

Hi

I have an issue with Qmail. I need to prevent sending messages outside my domain for certain users, while others can send with no restriction.

For example, I am the mail admin for mydomain.com. If the mail is itsme@mydomain.com, I need the user "itsme" to only send messages to addresses within the domain "mydomain.com", while other users in the same domain (for example, itsnotme@mydomain.com) can send messages to entire world.

Is this possible?

Thanks in advance!

I imagine you've set the RELAYCLIENT variable somehow for your users, correct? If you remove that variable for those users who should NOT be able to send outside the building, qmail will give them an error when they try to send to any domain not in the rcpthosts file.

Well as long as I remember you have quite many options... First u should check www.lifewithqmail.org for better understanding and then u can go to www.inter7.com website and look for qmailadmin - and also its documentation...

Hope it will help you...
