Qmail help


hi i have q mail installed on sun solaris 8 it was working fine but from some days user complains that they are not getting any mail and also unabl to send . i did clear syslog then some prob solved but now they agian complainng when chked
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstate it show
messages in queue 1601
messages in queue but not get preprossed 0
kindly let me know how to solve user problem.
i also run command /var/qmail/bin/qmail-clean but now it is not giving me # prompt any solution for it.
