Program to view firewire camera

I am looking for a program to view, full-frame, the firewire bus on my computer. I don't need controls over the camera or anything like that, I essentially just want to view the tapes on my camera on my monitor full screen without going through an editing program.

Well you could just quickly copy them to the hard drive and view them with mplayer or xine

dvgrab --interactive --noavc

That is fine, but preferably I would like to be able to look at the tape live and not have to capture it.
