procmail problem

I ve recently installed and setup exim/fetchmail/procmail/pine on my debian box.

I have a problem, where although procmail appears to filter the mail according to my rules ok, when I open the folder in pine I don't get a message list or index. What I get are the emails with full headers being appended directly into the folder just like a text file.

zorak@zorak:~/mail$ ls
catch-zorak sent-mail
zorak@zorak:~/mail$ file catch-zorak sent-mail
catch-zorak: smtp mail text
sent-mail: ASCII English text

No sooner had I posted this problem, then discovering a fix. meh

the last line in my .fetchmailrc was "mda /usr/bin/procmail" I ve changed this to mda "/usr/bin/procmail -d %T" and it's working properly.
