I am trying to install Twiki. I am having problem while doing that. When I am trying to open configure(it is perl script) from the browser. It is opening in a text form. Not able to execute it. I have installed mod_perl. Still I am not able to execute it from web browser.
Could you please help me to get rid of this.

have you read through the apache docs ?
- apache is a rather VERY complex bit of software
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/

for example
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/howto/cgi.html
dose that tutorial run

and HOW!!!!! was apache installed ?????
-- this can make a VERY big difference
from your package manager -- the DEFAULT for your operating system
or
did you build it from source ?

and to cover the very obvious !!!!

you HAVE!!! restarted apache after you made any edits to the httpd.conf !!!
this is a must do for a edit to take effect
this is covered in the build / admin. instructions and is basic 101 materiel

also WHY start a NEW thread ?????
this is the same issue from your other thread from YESTERDAY

yeah there are a number of variables that need to be considered before 1. Identifying the problem and 2. finding the solution.

We could guess all day as to what the issue may be, but they would indeed be guesses. How did you install apache? What steps were taking up to and including the attempt to execute the perl script. Can you share some of this information?
