Problem of Source Navigator

I have installed SourceNavigator 5.1.4 on my Debian Sarge.
It looks no errors in the installation.

However when I excute it, it gets the following errors:
"Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:"
"/share/tcl8.3"

I'm sure I have installed all tcl and tk packages.

Hope anyone can help me.
