problem installing Linux on pc (Inserting hw_random)

Problem installing Linux on my pc.
It gives me a error:Inserting hw_random (/lib/modules/2.6.8-24-default/kernel/drivers/char/hw_random.ko)
My system is:Celeron 2.4gh,G-force,64mb Gr-card,1gig ram,Asrock motherboard – P4145GV.The original problem is that it had an issue with my bios,I went onto your site and got details to fix this problem By: grub>Linux noacpi noapic. This got me to the next step now it gives me another error I have tried to install:Froze (Slackware), (hw_error (ubuntu), froze (suse), hw_error (fedora), 32 bit error (mandriva10.2 and mandriva 2006.0)If you could please assist as I am now clueless on what to do
