Preparing Radeon FAQ / Howto

All I am preparing a Radeon FAQ / Howto to post over in LinuxAnswers.
(Also to collaborate the many 5+ page threads in these forums based *just* on this topic).

I of course will be including Q/A for the issues I and some others have dealt with:
How to get driver to support KT400 (8x), KT600, and P4X400 chipsets.

Please submit any question / answers you would like included and if you have specific points that you would like mentioned in the howto please post them here.

Moderators: Because these Radeon-type threads have been posted also in LinuxHardware and General would it be alright it I post a similiar thread in those two forums as well?
