Red face Plz help me...KDE 3.2.1 Prob

i am newbie in linux.. im using mandrake9.2.. and i was happy with my system . but today i just try to upgrade my KDE.. but i could not...
after finishing my upgrade i cant get in my kde as well as gnome. only i can get in iceWM..meanwhile my logon screen became different which i had before.. so could u plz guys tell me how can i get back in kde without re-install mandrake again. i got so many message like missing libgnome and missing libgnomeui etc..
i used
%urpmi --auto-select
chose mdkkdm something...
%urpmi kdebase--test
% urpme package_in_conflict (i got "unknown conflict" message)
%urpmi kdebase
i just keep yes all of those

i'll be so grateful if u guys let me know how can i fiz this problem..thanx again..

Your login screen changed because you updated it, which is a part of KDE (KdeDisplayManager) KDM, this new screen is a bit different, just press alt-t to choose your window manager and enjoy!
