PhoneGaim Won't Compile

Hi,
I'm trying to compile PhoneGaim (on Mepis 3.3) and for some reason after configure exited successfully, I get this error with make:

How can I fix this?

Running into the very same issues, even after installing libosip and linphone, as per instructions in "trouble compiling PhoneGaim" in this forum. If you were able to solve the issue, please let me know. The effort would be much appreciated.
