Package Installer

I have been trying to dowload LimeWire for Ubuntu, and while trying to install the package using "package installer," but I keep on getting a message saying, "Only one software management tool is allowed to run at the same time." I analyzed all the processes I am running, but I am currently running no other software management tool.

I would love it if someone could help me.
