Opera Browser: Toolbar has disappeared

I am using Opera version 7.x on a Fedora Core 3 system. The toolbar that allows you to change all of the settings is missing. (This is the toolbar that says, Navigation, Bookmarks, Mail, Chat, Tools, etc.)

I can restore and hide other tool bars by right clicking on other toolbars, but I cannot find this particular toolbar.

I appreciate your help.

ctrl-f11 will get it back. If you're using kde and it dosn't work, its probably because ctrl-f11 is reserved for kde. Change the ctrl-f11 hot key to something else.

He's right. In options you can change the keybindings for that. I changed mine to ctrl+shift+f11.
