Post openwebmail issues

I am trying to install openwebmail. I have install all of the required programs, and make all of the changes to the configuration. When i execute the following command '/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl --init' i would get the following error '/usr/bin/suidperl: error while loading shared libraries: libperl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

Can someone assists me with this

Do you have perl installed? And it appears that lib is part of mod_perl for apache? You will need that compiled into apache for openwebmail to work most likely.

Do I also need to check if mod_perl is built with Apache if my error message is the same too? Only libperl.so.5.8.3 instead of libperl.so...
