OpenOffice starts too large with beryl.

Everytime I open OpenOffice when I'm using Beryl, it opens too large and it covers up my kmenu or it extends below it... Then if I try to maximize the window to fit the screen, the top window bar goes up beyond the screen!

If when I open the program, resize it to be small, then hit maximize, its not a problem.

You should be able to drag it around the virtual desktop to the point where you can manually resize it. That's what I do with Beryl and OOo, at least (but I have a widescreen monitor to begin with, which makes it easier).

Even simpler:

Press ALT > Space (I think) to pull up the window menu
Click 'resize'.
