Not hidden folder but invisible, Dolphin 18.08.0 bug?

I'm not too worried about fixing it but in Dolphin 18.08.0 on KDE 5.14.5 with kernel 5.2.0-2 in 64-bit Debian 5.2.9-2

...I tried looking for my Videos folder (notice as the title says no .dot In front of it) in my window user folder and couldn't see it there so I gave up looking and just copied the folder also called Videos from Linux to windows, at which point a dialogue asked me if I wanted to override it or copy in to the apparently invisible Videos folder?

ls from the command line and Thunar shows it's there, weird?

In Windows (at least FAT and probably ntfs too) there is a "hidden" attribute you can assign to files and folders. Maybe Dolphin is honoring that?

I'll have to check next time I log into windows logging in now. It could be one of those library style folders that show up above the hard drives in explorer? "This pc" is the starting path. For example documents is listed there, if you go into that folder and then select to go up one more you go back to the main "this pc" rather than to the users folder?

But, in Linux all the folders are there except for videos...

I found that in Dolphin, if I manually type in the folders path it opens just fine even though in the user's directory it's just not there click on.

I don't want to keep striking but here in Windows, I have my hidden folders set to show and they're grayed out slightly to differentiate. The videos folder is darkene so yes confusion over!

Thanks.

Now I just have to figure out why unclicking hidden in the folders properties isn't lightning icon?

Also confusing still because I have Linux set to show hidden folders and all the other hidden folders from windows having no problem seeing there?

But like I said, I can't seem to unhide the videos folder in windows... yet but that would be another website\thread if I cared.

OK back in Linux. After unclicking hidden in the folders properties under windows it's showing up here now!

Wonder how I hid it in the first place.
