no video image mplayer tv out

Hi,

Was looking at the mplayer config file trying to figure out why I have no video on my tv out.

I have it on my monitor but soon as I switch it over to tv or dual head (sorta) mode I have no video in mplayer. In the clone mode I do have video still on my monitor.

It is an ati 9600 se gpu, an 865 gigabyte microatx board, with ati's lastest driver on suse 10.

Also I have no button control of mplayer for left, right and middle, but the wheel works to ffoward or rewind. Says no bind for each button i press that doesn't work.

And just now it crashed!!!!!!! Said bad use of CPU/FPS/RAM recompile must I recompile?

Can anyone help me with this?

It would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
CJAE

Open mplayer's Preferences and try other video driver :xv,x11 or xvidix.
