Post Newbie with DOCBOOK needs hints

Dear all,
I would like to write a software manual using docbook, in order to have a good-looking html manual (my first priority), a nice pdf (second) and such.
I have already the first examples running with docbook2html or xmlto but I find the final html result not very "modern"...
I know I can customize everything, but I would like to start from a good style and then apply my corrections

So the question is: do you have some good hint/example/package/file to read/download?

Thanks!

Just run the following command from a console:
Code:
aptitude search docbook
You'll see a zillion packages and you can just install the ones like look useful to you.
ciao,
jdk

Hi,
thanks, but probably I was not clear: I would like to have a couple of good-looking **styles** to play with, not applications (I did already install half a zillion packages to have a usable toolchain )
