Unhappy Need help for apache php


Hi Linux Expert.

i got problem with a site that i have install on my apache linux server. the site require register_global to set on but the default is set to off. i try to find php.ini on my linux box, but could not find it. i check it with <?php phpinfo() ?>. how to set the register_global to on ?

You're better off rewriting the script so register globals is off, it's a security hazard. You don't mention your distribution but you should be able to find php.ini using either "find php.ini" or "locate php.ini", it is probably somewhere under /etc.
