Need benchmark program which displays bus speed.

I need a utility that will display the current bus speed my CPU is running at. My BIOS is displaying my bus speed as 200. This is a problem since the CPU is a Pentium 4 3Ghz designed to run at 800Mhz! I've run some benchmarks and the system is running much slower that a normal P4 3Ghz. So I want to confirm it's a problem with the bus speed setting. BTW, the bus speed cannot be changed in BIOS, it's just displayed. I'm using Fedora Core 1. Thanks!

I already checked that and could not find a link to SW which displays bus speed specifically.
