PCI bus speed and video card speed

I have a computer that is a few years old that has a PCI bus speed of 133MB/s which is PCI-X? It doesn't have an AGP slot, so I want to get a PCI video card, but when looking for cards they are often classified as simply "PCI" and nothing more. Isn't it necessary to have a card with a compatible bus speed?
